The objective.

Build a supply chain of eco-friendly Yoga products from product to packaging, developing a new range of products for the YogaTribe brand. Promote and sell these new products through a range of online marketing channels, whilst building brand awareness and a loyal customer base.

How did we assist?

We worked very closely with the owners to ensure each and every product was in-line with their ethical values and brand aesthetic. We built an effective supply chain to New Zealand and integrated the products into their digital channels. We then developed an in-depth marketing plan across Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping and Mailchimp EDM campaigns.

We then found opportunities to help grow a loyal customer base for the brand, and executed a brand ambassador program, along with guidance and assistance in organic social media growth. We audited the current state of the business and built a plan to grow the business and its supply chain to new markets, including Australia.
